Evidence produced by plaintiff in support proof of collater was deficient, plaintiff not examined any person having special knowledge of relationship with the deceased not given, not proved. 2002 SCMR 1355. 2. No cogent evidence produced to show that the defendants were not daughters of the deceased. The mutation was attested in Jalsa Am and not agitated before Revenue hierarchy, dismissed. 2002 SCMR 1408, Proof of Shia or Sunni. 2007 CLC 1840. 3. Children of second wife proved to be sons and daughters of the deceased as the marriage of the mother was proved by evidence of cousin of husband and were given inheritance along with step brother and sisters.
