Containers are Unconstitutional

Placing containers to prevent people from reaching a certain place is unconstitutional according to Article 15 of the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 15 Freedom of movement, etc. Every citizen shall have the right to remain in, and, subject to any reasonable restriction imposed by law in the public interest, enter and move freely throughout Pakistan and to reside and settle in any part thereof. Unless there is any law to restrict people to go to any place, they cant be prevented. The word law cannot be used for an executive order. Law means a legislation made by Parliament through due process. There is no law in Pakistan that restricts the people to visit any city or any place of public importance in any city. Containers placed on the roads of Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Murree and other cities are illegal and unconstitutional. No Government in the country shall be allowed to infringe the fundamental rights of people.
