Const. P. 777/2025 (S.B.) Abdul Khalique V/S Munir Ahmed & Others Sindh High Court

Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Zulfiqar Ali Sangi(Author)

10. For the foregoing reasons, I find that the petitioner has failed to establish any jurisdictional defect, material illegality, or other exceptional circumstance warranting interference under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. The impugned judgment and decree dated 07.03.2024 and the revisional order dated 03.12.2024, therefore, do not call for interference in the constitutional jurisdiction of this Court. 11. Consequently, the instant Constitutional Petition is dismissed in limine. There shall be no order as to costs.
