Constitutional jurisdiction ordinarily cannot restrain pending proceedings arising from a show-cause notice under the Drugs Act, 1976, particularly where disputed questions require determination by the Provincial Quality Control Board. However, the Board must provide a full hearing, afford access to relied-upon material, and decide on each product or batch by an expeditious, reasoned order.
