Learned counsel for the Petitioners agreed with the aforesaid proposal; however, he requested that a decision be made by the competent authority within two weeks. The request seems to be reasonable and acceded to, subject to all just exceptions as provided under the law and entitlement of the petitioners on the land if any, which shall be looked into by the committee by filling proper application if not earlier filed. 5. Accordingly, the Senior Member, Board of Revenue, is directed to refer the matter to the committee who shall hear the Petitioners and decide the matter within three weeks. 6.
