Faqeer Muhammad & Others (Petitioner) V/S Province of Sindh & Others (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Zulfiqar Ali Sangi Order Date: 01-APR-26 Learned counsel for the Petitioners agreed with the aforesaid proposal; however, he requested that a decision be made by the competent authority within two weeks. The request seems to be reasonable and acceded to, subject to all just exceptions as provided under the law and entitlement of the petitioners on the land if any, which shall be looked into by the committee by filling proper application if not earlier filed. 5. Accordingly, the Senior Member, Board of Revenue, is directed to refer the matter to the committee who shall hear the Petitioners and decide the matter within three weeks. 6. With the consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of in these terms along with pending applications.
