Be that as it may, I.G. Police Sindh shall take action against all the police officials, who are indulged in these sorts of affairs and they shall be restrained not to take any coercive action against the innocent citizens on such false pretext until and unless there is cogent material against the individuals or involved in cognizable offences. However, it is made clear that if any cognizable offence is committed by any individual, police may take action in accordance with law and no harassment shall be caused to any individual.
