t is well-settled law that the advice of the Commission shall ordinarily be accepted by the department; and, if the advice of the Commission is not acceptable the case shall be submitted to the Government for orders as provided under Section 7 (1)(3) of Sindh Public Service Commission (Functions) Rules, 1990.
