In view of above, this petition stands disposed of with directions to the SSP concerned as well as I.G. Police Sindh to take action against all the police officials who are indulged in the sort of nefarious designs to cause harassment to the individuals without lawful justification. They can only take action, if cognizable offence is reported to them. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith listed application.
