I am of the considered view that the concurrent findings of both the learned Courts below are well-reasoned and based on proper appreciation of evidence and law. Learned counsel for the appellant has not been able to point out any illegality or infirmity in the impugned judgments which do not require any interference by this Court. Accordingly, both these appeals and the applications pending therein are liable to be dismissed. Foregoing are the reasons of the short order announced by me on 02.05.2019 whereby both these appeals were dismissed with no order as to costs.
