He assailed the aforesaid order before the Honble Supreme Court in C.P No.428-K of 2019, which was dismissed vide order dated 29.08.2019 with the observation that the petitioner, if he has any other subsisting grievance against the respondents, may avail his remedy in accordance with law.--Petitioner, who is present in person, states that his cause of action against the respondents still subsists, therefore, he has approached this Court. We are not satisfied with the aforesaid assertion of the petitioner for the simple reason that Article 199(3) of the Constitution of Pakistan restricts this Court for making an order on application made by or in relation to a person who is a member of armed forces of Pakistan or who is for the time being subject to any law relating to any of those Forces in respect of his terms and conditions of service or in respect of any matter arising out of his service, or in respect of any action taken in relation to him as a member of the Armed Forces or as a person subject to such law.--dismissed
