Rafiq Nizami (Petitioner) V/S Habib Ismail Lotia & Others (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author) Order Date: 16-FEB-26 In view of the foregoing and after arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the parties have mutually agreed to the disposal of the instant petition on the undertaking that the Petitioner/Tenant shall vacate the demised premises on or before 30.06.2026, subject to payment of usual rend. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the instant Constitutional Petition stands disposed of in the above terms, with the direction that the Petitioner shall hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the demised premises to the Respondents within the stipulated period, failing which the Respondents shall be at liberty to seek enforcement of this order in accordance with law.
