Prima facie, this is a simple case of harassment, therefore, this petition stands disposed of alongwith pending applications with directions to the police officials to act strictly in accordance with law and if there is any private family dispute between the parties, that shall be taken care of in accordance with law and police shall be neutral in the private affairs. However, no harassment shall be caused to either party. However, it is made clear that if any cognizable offence is committed, police shall be free to act accordingly.
