The Impugned Notices/Letters did not set out the details of the outstanding dues for uplinking facilities from Pakistan for the three TV satellite channels, HBO, Nickelodean, and The Music. PEMRA directed to provide an opportunity of hearing to ARY Communication. Appeal disposed of in the above terms.
