Shah Jehan (Petitioner) V/S Govt of Sindh & Others (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Abdul Mobeen Lakho Order Date: 14-JAN-26 The main grievance of the petitioner is illegal construction which is going on at one side of 200 feet road in between Saeedulah Goth and Sector 19-A, Baldia Town, Karachi. Petitioner has moved a complaint to the Deputy Director Land, Baldia Kemari Town, District Kemari, Karachi, however, he has not received any reply. Accordingly, the Deputy Director Land Encroachment, Kemari was directed by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2025 to decide the application or complaint of the petitioner available at page 103 within three months, however, no compliance has been made and today the petitioner???s counsel is also absent. Since the decision has already been made, therefore, no further action is required at this stage. The contempt application/151 CPC application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
