Ashraf Ali (Petitioner) V/S Government of Sindh & Others (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Zulfiqar Ali Sangi Order Date: 31-MAR-26 In view of the above, since the principal relief regarding release of pensionary and retiral benefits has already been satisfied, the instant petition does not survive to that extent. As regards the grievance of the petitioner relating to fixation of pension on the basis of the post of Physiotherapist, the same requires determination by the competent forum/committee of the respondents upon approach by the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned Committee/competent authority of the respondents to decide the petitioner???s claim regarding fixation of pension on the basis of the post of Physiotherapist, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) weeks after hearing him.
