Limitation. Revisional jurisdiction is corrective and supervisory in nature; hence, Court seized of a revision petition can exercise its suo motu jurisdiction to correct the errors of jurisdiction committed by the courts below and can condone delay Public document within the meaning of Article 85(1) & (4) of the Qanoon-e-Shahadat Order, 1984, was admissible in evidence in terms of Article 76(f) ibid; hence, even if the same was not produced in original, they can be relied upon as secondary evidence.
