In view of above position, the official respondents are directed not to cause any sort of harassment to the petitioner and shall act strictly in accordance with law. So far as the construction of the bus station in front of the property of the petitioner is concerned, the same shall be constructed atleast 30 feet away from the plot of the petitioner. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith listed / pending application(s).
