Shaikh(Author), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed Order Date: 07-DEC-21 We, in view of the foregoing, are of the opinion that it would be premature to pass such orders as evidence in the matter is yet to be recorded and soon after issuance of the impugned show cause notice the Petitioners/accused have approached this Court and since then no progress has been made in the proceedings pending before the Respondent No.2. The Petitioners are directed to file their reply to the show cause notice, which will be considered on its own merits.
