In the present case, the trial was conducted by a learned V-Senior Civil Judge, Karachi (West) / Special Court for Co-operative Societies exercising judicial powers under statutory notification; therefore, the impugned Judgment and Decree are valid, binding, and enforceable, subject to the final say of the appellate court. 13. In view of the above, the petitioner has failed to make out any legal or factual ground to set aside the impugned judgment and decree. The petition is thus devoid of merit and liable to be dismissed. 14. The petition is accordingly dismissed along with pending application(s), if any. The impugned Judgment and Decree dated 07.12.2023 passed by the learned V-Senior Civil Judge, Karachi (West) / Special Court for Co-operative Societies, is hereby upheld with no order as to costs.
