While affirming that a substantial part of the cause of action arose in Hyderabad and thus rejecting the territorial objection, we nonetheless dismissed the petition for being non???maintainable. As the disputes relating to union elections, registration of changes and actions under Section 9 of SIRA, 2013 fall squarely within the Labour Court???s appellate jurisdiction, making the constitutional petition premature and unwarranted.
