In view of the above, the petition is not maintainable under Article 199 of the Constitution. 14. In light of the foregoing, the instant petition challenging the seniority list dated 02.01.2026 is dismissed on the grounds of maintainability. The Petitioners, if so advised, are to seek any grievance regarding seniority before the competent Service Tribunal as provided under Article 212 of the Constitution. However, with no order as to costs.
