Learned Assistant AG submits that the petitioner was called at police station and inquired about the abduction of the lady Mst. Safa daughter of Bilal aged about 19 years, who recorded her statement and did not implicate the petitioner. Such copies of FIR and statement have been placed on record. However, no harassment shall be caused by the police officials. In view of above, this petition stands disposed of
