For the foregoing reasons, this Court is of the considered view that the controversy regarding the land measuring 3,600 square yards has already been conclusively determined through earlier judicial proceedings; the present petition amounts to re-litigation of matters that have attained finality; and the relief claimed cannot be granted within the scope of constitutional jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution. 18.
