For the foregoing reasons, this Court is of the considered view that the controversy regarding the land measuring 3,600 square yards has already been conclusively determined through earlier judicial proceedings; the present petition amounts to re-litigation of matters that have attained finality; and the relief claimed cannot be granted within the scope of constitutional jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution. 18. Consequently, the present Constitutional Petition is dismissed as not maintainable, along with the pending application(s).
