Mehwish Aziz (Petitioner) V/S Fed. of Pakistan and Others (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Karim Khan Agha, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author) Order Date: 17-SEP-25 In the present case, the government of Pakistan's Finance Division vide letter dated 05.09.2023 approved the continuation of 103 contract positions, 71 Entomologists, and 32 Locust Assistants, for anti-locust operations until June 30, 2024. However, Petitioner was terminated with "stigma" after she took action against M/s Hyder Shah and Quetta Chambers. The official termination order, dated October 16, 2023, states her services were ended "as per clause 11 & 14" of her appointment letter, with immediate effect, but the minutes prima facie show something different. 12. In the aforesaid circumstances, the impugned order is set aside, and the case is being sent back to the competent authority, who must make a new decision on the matter within two months. The petitioner must be given a full opportunity to be heard. 13. This petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
