The NIRC exercised jurisdiction expressly conferred under the Industrial Relations Act, 2012. The findings regarding the status of the respondent as a permanent workman and the illegality of termination are findings of fact based on settled law under the Standing Orders Ordinance. No perversity, misreading of evidence, or excess of jurisdiction has been demonstrated by the petitioner. 15. In such circumstances of the case, the petition is found to be without merit and is accordingly dismissed. The impugned judgments dated 07.04.2022 and 14.09.2023 are maintained, and no case is made out for interference under Article 199 of the Constitution. 16. All pending application(s), if any stand disposed of in the above terms; there shall be no order as to costs.
