Moiz Shahzad (Petitioner) V/S Federation of Pakistan & another (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Zulfiqar Ali Sangi Order Date: 16-FEB-26 In view of the above, it is concluded that the Petitioner in CP No. D-5248/2025 has undertaken all necessary remedial measures to restore the Subject Property to its original residential use in accordance with the sanctioned building plan and prevailing law, without altering the lawful structure or usage. The undertaking includes completing these measures within three (3) weeks from the date of the order, after which the property shall be de-sealed. 13. Accordingly, in light of the Petitioner???s statement in CP No. D-5248/2025 and compliance in time, both the Petitions along with pending application(s) are disposed of. However, it is made clear that in case of breach the undertaking the law will take its own course .
