For the reasons noted above, the impugned action of converting the Amenity Plot reserved for playground situated at Sindh Cooperative Housing Society, Sukkur into residential plots by the present as well as previous Management of Sindh Cooperative Housing Society, Sukkur is declared to be against the rights of petitioners of Constitution Petition No.D-518 of 2021 and others and a result of an arbitrary exercise of power, therefore, is set aside. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to restore the amenity Plot reserved for Playground situated at Sindh Cooperative Housing Society, Sukkur to its original position in accordance with the sanctioned plan of this area.
