Order Date: 13-JAN-26

On the aforesaid proposition reliance has been placed on the cases of Mirza Muhammad Nazakat Baig v. Federation of Pakistan (through Secretary Ministry of Law and Justice, Islamabad and another (2020 SCMR 631) and Syed Iqbal Hussain Shah Gillani v. Pakistan Bar Council through Secretary Supreme Court Bar Building Islamabad and others (2021 SCMR 425). 8. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed on maintainability grounds as no case is made out for exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution.Full judgment text for this case is not yet available on Pakistan Law Reports.
