Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks disposal of these petitions in terms of Notification dated 21.04.2024. Let the same be processed and decided in accordance with law within 30 days. By consent, both petitions are disposed of in the terms of negotiation without touching the merits of the case entitlement of the petitioner on the subject land.
