The Impugned order is set-aside. I have observed that the tenement in question is being used for the purposes of a school and therefore consider it appropriate to grant six (06) months??? time to the Respondent to vacate the tenement in question. The possession of the tenement shall be handed over to the Petitioner no later and six months from today through the Nazir of the Executing Court.
