In view of the above, no further direction under Article 199 of the Constitution is required in the matter as discussed in the preceding paragraph. 13. The petition is accordingly disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the remedies available under the law before the competent court, if so advised, if his cause still subsists.
