Is the process adopted or decision made so arbitrary and irrational that the court can say that ???the decision is such that no responsible authority acting reasonably and in accordance with relevant law could have reached???? Qs.3. Is there any violation of any fundamental rights under the Articles of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan? Qs.4. Whether public interest is affected? The above questions are not exhaustive. Additional questions could include whether the statutory grievance redressal forum was exhausted or adequate and, if so, whether appropriate remedies were provided under Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan.
