Hussain (Jowkar) (Petitioner) V/S Abdul Majid & Ors (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Nazar Akbar Order Date: 29-JAN-16 (a) Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance (XVII of 1979)--- ----S. 15---Ejectment of tenant---Personal bona fide need of landlord---Contention of landlords was that demised premises was required for their personal bona fide need---Ejectment petition was accepted concurrently---Validity---Landlords had established personal bona fide need by evidence---Findings supported with available evidence on record could not be treated as result of non-reading or misreading of other evidence which was not mentioned in the impugned judgment---High Court, in constitutional jurisdiction, could not declare an order as an arbitrary order on finding that certain pieces of evidence were not mentioned in the impugned order---Impugned judgments passed by the courts below did not suffer from misreading and non-reading of evidence---Tenants were directed to vacate the tenement within 30 days and handover the possession thereof to the landlords---Constitutional petition was dismissed in circumstances.
