we may observe that pensionary benefits cannot be stopped on account of criminal charges; prima-facie there was/is no conviction in his credit, and pensionary benefits cannot be stopped on that score. In our view pensionary benefits cannot be stopped on account of any charges; and, is violative to the law laid down by the Honorable Supreme Court in the case of Haji Muhammad Ismail Memon (PLD 2007 SC 35)
