Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Abdul Hamid Bhurgri(Author) Order Date: 19-FEB-26
It is a settled principle of law that the landlord is the best judge of his personal bona fide requirement, and neither the tenant nor the Court can dictate how and in what manner the landlord should utilize his property, so long as such requirement is genuine. No illegality or perversity has been pointed out in the judgment of the appellate Court. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed.
