Apparently, Mst. Parveen has been ordered to be kept in Dar-ul-Aman by learned trial Judge without her consent; therefore, the impugned order to the extent of her confinement in Dar-ul-Aman is set-aside with direction to learned trial Judge to call the police report, if necessary, record statement of Mst. Parveen and then to pass fresh order for her custody or otherwise in accordance with law, expeditiously.
