From the analysis of the evidence available on record in its entirety, we are of the opinion that prosecution had succeeded in establishing the charge brought against the appellant beyond reasonable doubt, his conviction is therefore, affirmed. However, we have decided toexercise caution in the matter of appellants sentences of death and have felt persuaded to reduce the said sentences of death to imprisonment for life on each count of the charge. Appeal is, therefore, dismissed and the convictions of the appellant on both counts of charge under Section 302(b) PPC are maintained but this appeal is partly allowed to the extent of appellants sentences of death which are reduced to imprisonment for life on two counts of the charge.
