The forecasting done by Plaintiff while entering into the subject agreement and making investment in relation to that is bound to be frustrated and jeopardized if the injunctive relief is refused. Hence, Plaintiff cannot be compensated in monetary terms; whereas, the Defendants will not suffer any loss as they will be getting their agreed payments, rather now the enhanced payments as per Plaintiff Statement dated 30.01.2017
