In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with direction to the competent authority of respondents to restore the commuted portion of pension with all periodical increases granted by the Federal Government from the date of retirement to the date of restoration and thereafter, in accordance with applicable pension policy and relevant pension law, more particularly in terms of decision of the Supreme Court as discussed supra.
