2415/2022 Const. P. Imran Ahmed Alvi (Petitioner) V/S Trustees of the Port of Karachi & Ors (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Karim Khan Agha, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author) Order Date: 13-AUG-25 We are of the considered view that instant petition is misconceived and not maintainable for having been filed on mere issuance of Show Cause Notice, which prima facie does not suffer from any jurisdictional defect or patent illegality, whereas, the objections raised by the petitioner through instant petition can be agitated before the statutory forums while submitting the response/reply to the impugned Show Cause Notice in accordance with law. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed.
