Accordingly, the competent Review Committee is directed to decide the petitioner???s pending application dated 06.05.2025 strictly in accordance with law, after affording him an opportunity of hearing, by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of a fresh representation if the petitioner files in time. 9. Learned counsel for the petitioner has undertaken to submit such representation to the Secretary, Ministry of Interior within one week. 10. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of, with no order as to costs.
