A revision court does not re-examine evidence like an appellate court. 8. Based on the foregoing, the findings of the courts below are not jurisdictionally flawed and do not show any misreading or non-reading of evidence that could have led to a miscarriage of justice. Therefore, the revision application is without merit and is dismissed. Each party will bear their costs.
