It appears that following the Supreme Court's Order dated March 31, 2018, in Criminal Original Petition No. Crl. O.P. 15-K of 2016 (related to CA30-K of 2014 & Crl M.A. 37-K of 2017), and based on the recommendations of Provincial Selection Board No. I, as well as the approval of the Competent Authority/Chief Minister Sindh, the Specialists Cadre Doctors (BS-19) in the Health Department were granted proforma promotion from BS-19 to BS-20. This promotion was effective from the day immediately preceding their retirement from government service upon reaching the age of superannuation, as indicated against each name.
