compound interest is not permissible in Islam Decree follows the Judgment. It cannot include a relief which was not allowed in the Judgment. It is the duty of the Court to draw a decree in consonance with the A Party should not be prejudiced because of an act of the Court in drawing the decree. Mistake in decree can be rectified under section 152, 151, 153 CPC., or even suo motu by the court. Limitation will not apply. Executing Court can direct the parties to get the decree modified. ???
