Order I Rule 10(2) CPC vests the power in the court to reach an effective decision. It gives a defendant no right to compel the plaintiff, dominus litis, to sue strangers from whom he claims nothing. If he leaves them out, the loss is his own, and the decree binds none but the parties before the court.
