I am therefore of the considered view that the impugned Judgment dated 06.03.2025 passed by the learned VIIth Additional District Judge, Karachi South in First Rent Appeal No.251 of 2024 as well as Order dated 09.09.2024 passed by the learned VIIth Rent Controller, Karachi South in Rent Case No.886 of 2022 do not suffer from any illegality, jurisdictional infirmity, arbitrariness, misreading or non-reading of evidence warranting interference by this Court in exercise of constitutional jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. 18. For the foregoing reasons, this Constitutional Petition being devoid of merit is hereby dismissed along with all pending applications, if any. The impugned Judgment dated 06.03.2025 passed by the learned VIIth Additional District Judge, Karachi South in First Rent Appeal No.251 of 2024 and the Order dated 09.09.2024 passed by the learned VIIth Rent Controller, Karachi South in Rent Case No.886 of 2022 are hereby maintained.
