In these circumstances, the extraordinary constitutional jurisdiction of this Court under Article 199 of the Constitution is not warranted at this stage, particularly when disputed questions of fact requiring proper investigation are involved, and the statutory forum is fully competent to address the grievances raised. 9. The petition is accordingly found to be not maintainable and is disposed of in limine, leaving the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy in accordance with law
