After thoroughly examining the record and all the aspects of the case as discussed above, I am of the firm view that the concurrent findings of the learned Courts below are balanced, well-reasoned and in accord with the evidence on record. Therefore, the impugned concurrent findings of fact do not require any interference by this Court in its constitutional jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with costs throughout.
