Accordingly, in view of the law laid down by this Court in the judgment reported as 2023 PLC (CS) 447, as affirmed by the august Supreme Court of Pakistan, these petitions are disposed of along with pending applications. i. The Respondents are directed to treat the Petitioners at par with their colleagues who were regularized pursuant to the aforesaid judgment and to regularize their services as Data Processing Assistants (BS-14) from the date of their initial appointment, subject to fulfillment of codal formalities; ii. The Respondents are further directed not to subject the Petitioners to any fresh or selective process for regularization; iii. The Respondents shall ensure that the salaries and other admissible benefits payable to the Petitioners are released forthwith in accordance with law if not earlier released; iv. Till issuance of the requisite notification regarding regularization, the services of the Petitioners shall not be terminated or dispensed with except in accordance with law. 12. It is expected from the respondents that they will implement the ratio of the judgment passed by this court reported in 2023 PLC (C.S) 447 in its letter and sprit without fail.Full judgment text for this case is not yet available on Pakistan Law Reports.
