The Suit was liable to be dismissed in any event in view of the above-cited law laid down by the Honble Supreme Court due to the plaintiffs admitted failure in depositing the balance sale consideration in Court despite this Courts order. Thus, the order dated 21.05.2018 of the dismissal of the Suit on both the grounds was fully justified, and the same is not liable to be recalled.
